Built into the mountain side overlooking the Tye River,  this custom crafted cabin is our newest addition.  The vaulted ceilings and timberframe/loft floor plan are unique and perfect for enjoying the views of the Tye River and the mountains beyond.  Situated on a rock knoll just 1.1 miles from Crabtree falls this cabin offers comfortable accomodations for up to eight guests.

Designed with the adventurer and sportsman in mind.  Just follow the short path down to your own private stretch of the beautiful Tye river.  Great for swimming, fishing and relaxing.   The cabin comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen,  woodstove with stone hearth,  fussball, darts and "hillside horshoes".  A firepit and outdoor charcoal grill are also there to enjoy.  The "Overlook" is within minutes from the Appalachian Trail, hiking, wineries, great trout fishing, swimming holes, Wintergreen all Season Resort and many other mountain activities. 

 During winter months, An SUV or 4x4 is required to access this one of kind mountain  home.  The "Tye River Overlook" is sure to please those seeking the adventurous side of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Master befroom has a queen bed.  Second bedroom has a full bed and two twin beds.  "Sleep Nook" has a queen bed.  Two full bathrooms.
